We want to extend a heartfelt invitation to you to visit us in a Chancel Choir rehearsal at Arborlawn United Methodist Church on Wednesday nights at 7:15 p.m. in the Potts Choral Suite of the church. There is no audition requirement, no prior experience requirement. All we ask is that you want to make a joyful sound with us and can identify pitch. We'll take care of the rest!

The 130-voice Chancel Choir sings in 11:00 a.m. traditional services accompanied by the 106-rank Garland Pipe Organ. Arborlawn’s sanctuary is one of the finest acoustical environments for choral singing in Fort Worth, allowing Chancel Choir to sing music of all styles. In addition, the Choir performs in concert with The Orchestra at Arborlawn, a 35+ piece professional orchestra comprised of Fort Worth’s finest musicians.
This year, we are singing with The Orchestra in a special concert that will be recorded live on October 21 that will include favorite anthems and Dan Forrest’s In Paradisum. Christmas concert on December 9 will include the music of Vivaldi and Rutter. Good Friday, we will be singing the Durufle Requiem, followed by a concert of Great Choruses on April 28. Organist Dr. Jerry Westenkuehler will accompany our first annual Festival of Hymns as we combine again with over 150 additional singers on February 10.
