The Sanctuary Organ

Arborlawn's new sanctuary organ, the 106-rank Dan Garland Pipe Organs instrument was completed in 2012.  Dedication weekend is scheduled for September 30 and October 1.  The organ is played from a four manual movable console and includes six divisions:  great, choir, swell, solo, floating bombarde, and pedal. The Sanctuary seats approximately 1,150 in the nave area with a choir loft seating 125 in regular arrangement.

Organist Dr. Jerry Westenkuehler is a graduate of William Jewell College with graduate and post-graduate degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Westenkuehler's reputation as an organ improvisationalist extends throughout the United States.  He is published by Alfred and Hal Leonard.
